It took some time to figure it out, but a selection of chain lengths can be ordered on each of the product pages. We would love to offer a full range of styles too, but need to work on it.
Custom Work
First of all, thank you for thinking of me for your jewelry. Although we would love to create every variation of our work, as well as many of the new pieces and designs possible, we have found difficulties in delivering custom work in a timely manner. I regrettably have had wait times over one year on projects! Therefore we are not able to offer any custom work or variations on our pieces, other than what is shown on our website. I will keep working, so the catalog will surely grow. Please keep an eye out for new pieces, if you would like to find out about new designs, please subscribe to the customer newsletter in your account.
Delivery Times
Orders in stock usually take 1-3-5 days to ship, UPS usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. UPS Second day shipping can be had by selecting the $25.00 shipping option.
"Made to order" items are paid in advance and usually take 3 weeks, often less, sometimes slightly more. As an example, most gold pendants are still made to order, with a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks. If you would prefer not to pay in advance, a 50% deposit can be arranged, and lay away or installment payment options are welcome.
