Each piece is packed and shipped carefully, either by USPS or UPS in a shipping box. The jewelry itself is packaged in a small white cardboard box, containing the velvet presentation box.  It's surely got enough boxes. And a brochure, a business card, a bookmark, and a small desk sign. Shipping takes 4-5 days within the US, and about a week if sent over seas.  The shipping charges are anywhere from $11 to $20 (For 2 day Express)

If you do wish to return a piece of our jewelry, for any reason, for either exchange or credit, please email drew@alythea.com or call at 661-242-2374 and we will immediately address the situation, and either replace, repair, or refund your purchase price upon receipt of the work.
